Jack Reiner was extremely professional day one. My broker referred me to him as I was buying my current home. Jack spent a fair amount of time providing me different proposals and delineating the differences between them. In the end he geared me toward a policy that he felt was right for my family. A couple of months later Hurricane Sandy. This was my first experience with the company he chose for me and within 48 hours I was reimbursed for damages. I was impressed not only with the fact that the claim process was benign but Jack made every effort to stay in touch with me despite all the communication problems and power outages. He has also put me in touch with several service professionals that he has known for years and feels he can trust. It feels very homey to call his office and I felt compelled to share my experience since I believe many people blog and review service professionals who screw up or otherwise deserve criticism more freely than those who deserve a kudos, and to Reiner Insurance I say - great job, keep it up.

My homeowners insurance was going up a lot every year with Allstate. I did some research and received a quote from Reiner Insurance for the exact same coverage for over 1,000.00 less. Agent was friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.
